Firstly, if we were going to post a disclaimer in Kupopolis, I'd want it to be looked at for wording by a lawyer first  :-p Secondly, anything that does reference copyrighted material is fan fiction, which is allowable under fair use and therefore not in violation of any law whatsoever, and therefore not needing of disclaimerage.
