Firstly, if we were going to post a disclaimer in Kupopolis, I'd want it to be looked at for wording by a lawyer first  :-p Secondly, anything that does reference copyrighted material is fan fiction, which is allowable under fair use and therefore not in violation of any law whatsoever, and therefore not needing of disclaimerage. 8-Bit Theater isn't allowed under fair use. If square-enix wanted to sue and shut him down, they could. They could do the same to us if we started selling t-shirts with moogles and shit on them. --JD 11:10, 27 July 2006 (CDT)
