View source for Kefka's Domain

[[Grand Army]] underground base somewhat north of [[Albrook]]--very near the border of the [[Scandian League]] [[Occupied Zone]]. Supposedly built under the ruins of [[Kefka Palazzo|Kefka]]'s tower. Highly secure facility with numerous [[Ultima Missile]]s. It was from here that the missile used to alguther thousands of tanes in the [[Omnisent Conflict]] was detonated.
