Guardian diplomat who began his career as a soldier for Arris in the Syndicate Wars. He became one of Doan's closest advisors following his coronation. His most significant achievements are as architect of the first Medina Republic, and his placement of Mariscul Mervin into the office of Prime Minister.

Dussert was more recently involved in the recent change of power in Forthena, overseeing the transfer of power between Duran Ferrant and Irzoile Ricrot after the former was poisoned by assassins. (that's not the way things actually went down, but that's how Dussert and Forthena opted to "spin" the story)

Even more recently, Dussert served as lead prosecutor in the landmark case Medina v. Janus Cage, which eventually led to the conviction and state execution of Janus Cage.
