Harle Tsukuyomi

A human woman from El Nido, who was remarkable for always dressing in jester's motley. According to legend, Harle was adept at Shadow Magic, and had devised several conjurations (which have since been lost to the passage of centuries) that drew incredible power from the darker of Gate III's twin moons.

Harle lived over 1000 years ago, and is said to have been the Seventh Dragon, a figure in Draconicist scripture who will facilitate the reunion of the Six Dragon Gods. Since there are still Six Dragon Gods, it is presumed that Harle was either an impostor, or she failed in her task.

Reptite seers claim that Dregoth is Harle's descendent, and the inheritor of her legacy.
