Deadlocked

Deadlocked is, chronologically, the third movie in the "Jacoby Armstrong" franchise. Popularly and successfully, it is number one in the franchise.

Like the others in the series, the movie features bounty hunter/mercenary Jacoby Armstrong, played by Dane Kennedy. In Deadlocked, Armstrong ends up butting heads with an evil crime syndicate leader, and is targeted for death by the syndicate's assassins. Most of the movie is Armstrong dueling with the various assassins as he tracks down the syndicate boss, while simultaneously trying to keep an attractive young assistant D.A. out of the line of fire.
