Boris Dalienin

Boris Dalienin is the number two man in the All-Union Communist Party (of the Dragon Dimension), second only in prestige and personal power to Travin Rumanski himself. Besides Travin, he is the only surviving member of the Party's original Committee for the Revolution. He holds the post of Commissar for Agriculture, and heads the League's Economic Planning Committee. Scande's post-Leviathan War recovery is widely credited to his academic acumen.
