Former dictator of Medina. Succeeded Ozziemodo during the Syndicate Wars. Allied with Kusader and Caidin and fought against the Grand Army Charter Alliance in the KMT War. A coalition of Grand Army, Medinan Resistance and GDF forces removed Ozzie from power. His current whereabouts are unknown, though he is believed to have played a minor role in the Grand Army conflicts with the Hivans, the OmniSent and the New Wraith.
