Alice Halberg
Alice Grace Halberg is the daughter of the famous T.O. Halberg. She was a student at the University of Maranda. After serving as an intern to Rhodes Palmerston in the Alliance Congress, she decided to join the Esper Union Aerospacy. She now serves as the project leader of the KN Development Project.

History
Aly Halberg was born to Theodore and Haley Halberg in 19 WR. For the first nine years of her life, and periodically ever since, her father was at war. However, she became very close to the man after her mother died at age ten, and remained so despite problems that arose. At age seventeen, Alice fell in love with Corporal Ross Payvern, despite her father`s protests. However, with the advent of the Leviathan War, she supported her father fully and played an unofficial, but important role in the managing the Returners Expeditionary Force, even taking a year off from college to help him.
After the Leviathan War ended, she returned to the University of Maranda. She earned a degree in political science and served afterward as intern to Rhodes Palmerston in the Alliance Congress. Despite her father's wishes, she chose to enlist in the Aerospacy when she concluded that internship. She married her boyfriend at the time, Ross Payvern, and the two had one child together: Erwin Payvern-Halberg. However, in 44 WR, the pair split, with primary custody of the child going to him (as he was no longer in the military). Since then, she was transferred to Kohinglen, and now acts as director of the KN Development Project.
