Deep 13 is a magitek research facility beneath Albrook. Run by the Grand Army, Deep 13 is highly secretive, but is widely believed to be one of the foremost experts on magitechnology in the known Web. They are perhaps most famous for their creation of Ultima Missiles.
They also forced a temp to watch cheesy movies, while they monitored his mind.
