UL

According to a popular version of the myth, the almighty UL created the universe, and then set his sons and daughters to nurture it and maintain balance. UL remains neutral in all things, and only rarely takes any action in order to preserve the oder and balance of the universe. When the Dark Gods lost the Great War, UL banished them to The Place Which Is No More. Although some might think that would tip the balance in the Light Gods favor, the Light Gods themselves soon voluntarily departed for The Place Which Is No More as well. Some theologians surmise that the departure of both groups was part of UL's plan all along, and that the aeons old conflict between the gods was having an adverse effect on the universe they were supposed to be nurturing. UL often does other things to preserve the sanctity of the universe such as closing the time portals of the Gate Dimension, although many people have found workarounds to this.

He is probably the most powerful entity in the Web of Worlds. (But see Praxer Riose).
