Paolo Cartwright is the sitting President of El Nido, and the principal architect of its Constitution. He was elected to the Presidency by the Body of Governors, despite not being a Governor himself at the time. With his achievements in his first year in office, he handily won Acacia's governorship away from his former boss, Sloos Pingul.
Cartwright is currently in talks with several Tasnican firms about selling the mining rights to the enormous magilyte reserves buried in the Dead Sea.
