Primans are icthioid humanoids who are native to the Dragon Dimension and to the world of Alter-Dragon in Alter. They appear as humans with scaly bodies and webbed hands and feet, and their heads appear as fish, complete with dorsal fins, "pectoral" fins and a tail.
