Katrina Wellbrook is the head of the FTSR`s delegation to the Alliance Congress, and a high-ranking member of the FTSR's GACA Relations Board, a division of the Commission on Foreign Relations. She generally prefers to let Scande do the talking for the Protectorate, but will deliver fiery rhetoric on occasion to assert the Federation`s voice.
