The leader of the High Rollers Gang in Pell, which operates out of the Club Roulette Casino, although the gang controls all of the casinos in Pell's East End. She has officially joined her gang and its resources to Allan Seabairne and his Whalebone Ave Gang.
During the chaos that followed Seabairne's apparent death, Miz Rollsley was forced to rise to power to protect her home on Haven Street from other gangs. As time passed, she was likewise forced to annex more and more territory to keep Haven Street safe, even managing to repulse invasions by Joss Nathan and his Beggar's Reef Gang. Before long, she was offered a position by the heads of the casinos to provide them with protection, since all of their protection had dried up in the wake of Seabairne's departure.
Many people in the casinos were not pleased to be taking orders from a woman, and she made a deal with Deputy Director of Commerce Roger Jollins to remove those blocking her authority. The deal haunted her for the next several years, as Jollins used it to weasel an essentially limitless bankroll from the casinos through Miz Rollsley, who used her cemented position of authority to take control of the casinos. As many were still slow to respond to her orders, she began to funnel her orders through her casino manager, and right-hand man, Shelton Walsh.
When Allan Seabairne returned to Pell and confronted her from her headquarters at the Club Roulette Casino, Miz Rollsley happily agreed to work with him once more, especially since his return meant he would remove the continuing nuisances of Joss Nathan and Roger Jollins from her life.
