The sister of Magus and a nominal goddess in the Gatian pantheon. She is the patron goddess of travelers.
Originally a princess in the Kingdom of Zeal, she was later fused into the defeated Lavos. Trying to fight the influence of her host, Schala sent her daughter/clone into El Nido. After the fused entity was defeated, Schala ascended to the Gatian pantheon.
There is a great deal of speculation in El Nido and the main Gate planet about the existence of Schala clones that may have been copied from the original clone.
