Triad (Proper)

A political and military alliance between the nation of Guntz, the kingdom of Simafort and the allied clans of the Highlands with the goal of dominance over Alter-Dragon.

The Triad warred with the New Drogen Alliance for many years before finally winning a compelling victory at the city of Drogen. The alliance was broken, but the Triad was weakened internally when a revolution in Simafort (which led to the rise of Tadpoleon) delayed their plans for further attack.

Many consider the Triad the underpinning of what would eventually become the Alter-Dragonian Combine. The time of the Triad also gave rise to the Three Scourges of the Triad, a group of warleaders noted for their particular savagery and cunning in battle.
