Grand Army underground base somewhat north of [[Albrook]]--very near the border of the [{Scandian League]] [[Occupied Zone]]. Supposedly built under the ruins of [[Kefka]]'s tower. Highly secure facility with numerous [[Ultima Missiles]]. It was from here that the missile used to alguther thousands of tanes in the [[Omnisent Conflict]] was detonated.
