Wing Xu

The Lord of Yurang province, in Eastern Fa-Bul, during the reign of His Magnificence, Kai Tsao Shou Lung Xsia Chin, Who Soars with Dragons and Rules All Under the Heavens. Lord Wing was the childhood friend of Kao Meng De, though their positions as landowners in the rich Fa-Bulian heartland often made them rivals.

While Meng De worked to build the wealth upon which the Kao clan was founded, the Wing clan was a well-established part of Fa-Bulian aristocracy.
