A half-track armored personnel carrier made by the Kuat Consortium. As a half-track it benefits from the advantages of treads in weight distribution and navigating soft terrain, but because the front is wheeled the vehicle is easy to operate; if you can drive a car, you can drive a Stallion. This makes it very attractive to clients who want a simple, easy to use "battle taxi."

The Stallion is well-protected against small arms fire, but vulnerable to heavy weapons -- though, importantly, the soldiers inside will often survive even if the vehicle does not! The Stallion is equipped with a remote (unmanned) turret for self-defense; typical armament is a machine gun and grenade launcher, but some variants use a 30 mm "Tiger" autocannon.

Was formerly marketed as the Weasel, but then Kuat realized that was a terrible name. Since changing to the masculine, virile name of Stallion ("See, it's like a horse! It carries men into battle!"), sales have increased, and the Stallion is a common sight in many of the Web's military forces. After all, almost every modern force needs a "battle taxi", but most countries are unwilling to spend precious R&D dollars when a proven design is available.
