Onyx Drake

This massive Dracoform was expressly constructed as propaganda, staking out Scande's position as the builder of the biggest and baddest mecha in the Web. (Seraphim who?).

The personal Dracoform of Scandian Ace Jendon Fel, and the most powerful mecha ever built by Scande. Only one exists. It is over 120 tons and nearly seventy feet tall. It has twice the Demolishers of the Zog, and many more missile tubes distributed throughout the body. It has 4 antipode vulcans. It also has two massive 205 mm electromag cannon, one on each shoulder. These gigantic cannon make a huge sonic boom when fired. The dark mecha has spikes running up and down its back; these are omnidirectional supervolt coils that fry things at close range. These weapons additionally serve as the Drake's melee defense; any mecha close enough to try to hit it with a melee weapon is going to get zapped. At Second Hosluftgrad the Onyx Drake destroyed several LCV regiments. It is as much a symbol of Scandian military might as a practical weapon.

Notable Battles

In its initial deployment, the Onyx Drake faced the Ifrit Atma piloted by Ceriz Altrga to a standstill (after destroying multiple LCV regiments). However, in the robotics tournament it was embarrassingly defeated by a KN-Series Civil Defense Type. Since then, the Scandian League was somewhat reluctant to deploy it, well aware that it was a massive target. Jendon Fel insisted on taking part in the fighting in Ticondera.
