A term that was coined (and often said derisively) in reference to the Kingdom of Guardia and its allies across the Web of Worlds, especially in the Fringe, and most often in the Alter Dimension.

Often the term is mistakenly used when the speaker means to refer to either the Gate Three or GATO. Still, the perception that Guardia coddles and dominates its allies has yet to go away, as can be seen in the somewhat trepid diplomatic progress being made in forging an alliance between Guardia and Eblan.
