Pauper’s Peace

Peace terms that ended the Leviathan War, signed by Travin Rumanski on behalf of the Scandian League and Ceriz Altrega for the Esper Union. The Pauper's Peace derives its name from the miserable state both nations were in by the end of the war. In addition to the cessation of hostilities, the Pauper's Peace also provided for the return of Mobliz to the Esper Union, the partition of Hosluftgrad, and the establishment of the Occupied Zone which included Tzen.
