Habar Magistracy

Ingrish principality located in Habar Hills near what will be Olivawk in Kupopolis proper. Like most other Ingrish principalities, based on a strong feudalistic order, with families owing allegiance to clan heads up to the most powerful, known as the Magistrate of Habar. (Who, in theory, would in turn owe fealty to the Imperator, if there was one.) The nearby Elazig river provides access to Centwerp, and the Habari ship coal and metal from their mines to Centwerp.

Responsible for killing Harsdrubal the Hammer, which pissed off Zahd. Zahd devoured every Habari child under the age of three. Habar hasn't been doing quite as well ever since, inlcuding clashes with neighboring Norfrest.
