Vashilov the Terrible

The founder of the Scandish Empire. A figure of legend, he was born in Scande during the Time of Titans, and is credited with ending the rule of the Titans by slaying Razboynik.

Vashilov in Legends

From the village of Oprichnia in Scande, he assembles the Oprichniks -- a raiding Grimfowl-mounted group of petty thugs that burned and pillaged against those loyal to the Gryphon of Scande.

Vashilov and his riders were peasants armed with little less than common peasants' tools; Vashilov himself carried a heavy grain flail that (supposedly) became enchanted when his father used it to crack open a Tyranid's skull, and the flail's head became coated with the priest's brains.
