There is nothing noteworthy or out-of-the-ordinary about Vidonia. Move along. Anyone who thinks Vidonians have psionic powers are crazy. Just forget about Vidonia and don't bother visiting. It's boring. Besides, [Saduaire and Kyvietsa] have much better weather this time of year (also more invading [Roan]ese.)
