The Best Plot Concept category was introduced in the 2000 Figgies. No longer did just posts, arcs and characters receive Figgies: now we were giving them out because somebody had a neat idea. wtf.

Kupop goes to Space/Matt (winner: 2000 Best Concept)
Anox Vi/Jerry (winner: 2001 Best Concept)
(Neo had no concepts!?)
(the year 2003 was devoid of conceptualizing of any kind)
