Broken Drum

One of the larger and more prosperous taverns in Pell, the Broken Drum ("you can't beat it") serves as the headquarters for the Whalebone Avenue Gang, led by Allan Seabairne. In recent years, the Drum had been used as headquarters by a gangster named Steve Varrius, but Seabairne rather forcibly "evicted" him from that position.
