A young man from the EU who participated in the Second Great War. He sold a Dark Seraphim to raise the funds to purchase the King of Albrook and outfit it in the style of the old esperian casino ships, and later used the ship to steal back the seraphim. He thought he was pretty suave, like his name, but really just got kicked in the junk a lot by Gadget Payvern
