"Georgia is going to war against Moogles and Communists? What?"

That was one of the first things Scen (aka Matt) ever said to Travis when talking about Kupopolis. I'd explain further, but it would just sound silly and I don't feel like it.

Scen's primary asset in the Kupopolis universe is the Kingdom of Guardia, one of the four Great Powers. He has lesser holdings in Crystal, Alter and Merge -- and yes, Scen is responsible for Manta, the omnicidal patron saint of Primans.

Little known fact about Scen: he can concentrate and, at will, change the color of his own urine. Sometimes he can even do this mid-stream -- but it is quite taxing. Scen is sometimes depicted with giant swirly eyes, brandishing a butcher knife and breathing fire.

Scen hates cold weather and spicy food. He has a certain fondness for word limits, teleportation and the sales tax. One time, on a road trip cross-country with Travis, Scen had control of the CD player and enforced the non-stop repeat play of Ride of the Valkyries through at least three states. On that trip Scen fell in love with Travis' heated seat cushion.
