Charter Day celebrates the signing of the Grand Army Charter. It is celebrated in virtually all GACA nations, featuring lots of military parades and stirring speeches from serving GA officers and honoring Grand Army veterans.

Naturally, this is a giant holiday in Albrook, where Generalissimo Celiose Cole himself will review a parade of an epic scale.
