PollBot 3000
A robot built by Sahl Endeberg out of spare parts (some of which were an old bucket and mop and/or broom from a janitor's closet). PollBot 3000 was designed to be the ultimate political pollster, with uncannily superhuman political acumen achieved through complex computations and algorithms processed with lightning speed through PollBot's robotic brain (several rolls of copper coins connected by bent-out-of-shape paperclips to a pair of D batteries, wrapped in electrical tape and a bundle of old washcloths).
PollBot 3000 was the model for Endeberg's combat mecha, the PollBot 5000, which he entered into the second Robotics Tournament. Endeberg died in the PB5k during the opening rounds of the tournament.
After Endeberg's death, PollBot 3000 went to work for a prestigious Tasnican political consulting firm. Both the Populists and the Conservatives are tripping over themselves to get him to consult on their upcoming campaigns!!
