Nikeah State University (NSU) is the Esper Union`s largest university, located in the capital city of Nikeah. It is where a large percentage of the EU`s students seek a college education. It offers above average programs in nearly every possible degree oen could imagine, with exhaustive resources set in the capital of the Esper Union. It also includes an ROTC program for every branch of the Esperian military. Nikeah State`s mascot is the Dolphin. NSU`s rival is the Mobliz Agriculture and Mechanical Fighting Ticonderans. This school, like JCM, is a public school with low tuition for Esperian students. It also offers numerous scholarships every year.
