More recently known as Hollow Bastion, since its fall. The Bastion, as it's colloquially known, lies at the heart of The Place Which is No More. Prince Ansem Orphaeus ruled it in the name of the Lord and Lady of the Bastion, as his family did for generations, until his royal vizier, sage and mentor Lord Dimetrius Xephalos betrayed him and staged a successful coup.
Now, the Lady is gone and the Bastion is overrun by monsters. Rebels and refugees alike have fled to Traverse for the most part.
