Well over a thousand years old, the original Epoch is still somehow able to keep up with new-generation fighter craft. Some speculate the craft is magical in origin, and that it is sentient.
GSF technicians never service this craft. Once every hundred years, the Three Gurus converge and give this vehicle a "tune-up," after which point it is good to fly for another century.
