Electrician and member of the GEACS that keeps all their equipment functional, particularly since a lot of it is jury-rigged. Has absorbed too many volts in his time. Hair goes every which way, often completes circuits using himself until he gets a chance to get more wiring. Tinkers with things and blows out the fuses about every other week. Jumpy. Shunted to GEACS because he probably shorted out a computer that he wasn't supposed to be fiddling with.
