Duncan Dean is the FTSR`s military liason to Scande, in charge of coordinating the Scandian deployment against the Viper District with FTSR forces. An Iron Army veteran well familiar with the Viperese forces and terrain, and diplomatic enough to let Scande lead the capture of Patrof.
