Twilight is considered neutral territory, though it enjoyed cordial relations with the Hallowed Bastion until Dimetrius Xephalos' coup. Saphiral Simarial, its Elven ruler, has elected to officially stay out of the Bastion War, though he secretly provides aid to Prince Ansem.
