You can identify an article as a stub by putting the word "stub" inside double curly braces. Example: {{stub}}
Linking to a Category
If you want to link to a category without including the page in that category, place a colon before the word Category like so:
[[:Category:Heads of State]] .
It will look like this: Category:Heads of State
