The Council

The Council is the clandestine ruling body of the Collective, the FTSR's intelligence agency. The identities of the Councilmen and their exact number is a closely guarded secret. Very little is known of the internal politics within the Council, but it is rumored that there is substantial internal conflict within the group. Every Councilman is said to have his or her own agenda.

Known Councilmen include Mothro and Oberon.
