A light-cruiser design first launched as part of the [[GATO|Confederation]] space fleet. Its design is among the more simplistic of all the capital ships in the [[Web of Worlds]], being little more than a rocket-like cylinder flanked by two J-curve wings. When [[Forthena]] took command of the GATO fleet, it stripped the existing Frigates of their [[Reverse-X-Zone]] drives, and began producing more ships of this kind to bolster the [[Forthenan Grand Fleet|Grand Fleet]]'s numbers.
