Gaius Julius Caesar holds one of two Consulships in the Theban Senate.  He is a Patrician, retired from the Theban military.  He is considered a war hero, having added a significant part of Osroene and Galatia provinces to the Empire.

Caesar was forced to flee Thebes with [[Benedictus Ovidius Atticus|Atticus]] when [[Mucius Furius Nero|Nero]] took power and began eliminating political rivals.  He is now one of Thebes' ruling triumvirate.
