A device constructed by [[Balentine Riach Omnibus]], he built it to prove he could, and then nearly dismantled it, knowing the destructive carnage it could bring in the wrong hands.  Before he could destroy it though, he saw a possible future, using his [[Infinite Futures Device]], in which the life of his friend [[Keaton Error]], along with countless other lives, would hinge on its use. He then entrusted it to [[Isobel]] to bring to his friend, knowing full well the death and destruction he may well have unleashed on the web.
