Computer programmer, member of the [[GEACS]] that keeps their databases and computers up and running. An avowed 'conspiracy theorist,' sees conspiracies everywhere and goes off about them frequently. Most of his theories are centered around a group he calls the Oscuranatti, which may or may not be what he calls the [[Celpo]]. Shunted to GEACS because he poked around too much in places he wasn't supposed to. Often the brunt of 'Shut up, Jerry!' retorts. Has a stockpile of military surplus weapons and gear in the GEACS basement.
